Health · Safety · Environment · Quality
HSEQ4U brings health, safety, environmental and quality management together from early planning and construction through commissioning and handover.
What we do
Based in Queensland, HSEQ4U supports projects across Australia with practical HSEQ leadership, specialist field services, management systems and project support. We help teams protect health, control risk, manage environmental impacts and verify the quality of work from greenfield sites to commissioning.
See how we can helpThe HSEQ4U framework
One approach to people, operational risk, the environment and the quality of delivery.
Physical and psychological health, first aid readiness, exposure monitoring, ergonomics, drug and alcohol testing, and silica exposure controls.
Critical risk controls, fire and emergency readiness, dangerous goods and asbestos management, safe work systems, inspections and contractor assurance.
Erosion and sediment controls, turbidity monitoring, water and waste management, spill response and environmental systems.
Inspection and test plans, hold points, records, audits, nonconformance close-out and ISO 9001-aligned systems.
Capabilities
Proportionate processes, clear accountability and practical controls for the people doing the work.
Site inspections, critical risk review, SWMS and JSA assurance, permit systems, contractor readiness and corrective action tracking.
WHS & OHS consultingProject quality plans, inspection and test plans, hold points, evidence review, contractor assurance, nonconformance management and close-out.
Safety & quality auditsFrom gap analysis to a complete QMS or integrated HSEQ suite: design the documents, put them into practice, train the team and check performance.
Coordinate work packages, mobilisation, contractor interfaces, risk communication, reporting and handovers alongside project leaders.
Project management supportDrug and alcohol testing, ergonomic and manual task reviews, worker engagement, Mental Health First Aid awareness and practical pathways to support.
Mental health supportEnvironmental plans, inspections, spill and waste controls, water quality checks, turbidity testing and erosion and sediment control.
Environmental servicesElectrical equipment test and tag, light level (lux) readings, noise level (decibel) readings and practical follow-up on the findings.
Field servicesGap reviews, compliance matrices, document control, emergency preparation and evidence-based reporting for operational decisions.
Fire risk reviews, warden arrangements, emergency plans and drills, informed by Chief Fire Warden and First Attack Fire Fighting training.
Fire safety supportReview storage and handling controls, asbestos management arrangements and silica dust exposure controls, including contractor interfaces and records.
Hazardous materials supportEnvironment
Environmental management needs clear plans, routine checks and a response when conditions change.
Review drainage and exposed ground, plan controls before disturbance, inspect sediment barriers and stabilised access, then maintain or adjust controls after rain and site changes.
Support sampling and turbidity testing, record results, investigate exceedances and connect monitoring to site requirements and corrective actions.
Build or improve environmental management plans, registers, inspections, spill response, waste controls and ISO 14001-aligned processes.
Practical field services
Targeted checks help teams identify exposure, equipment and work design issues while the work is happening.
Mental health
Psychological health is part of HSEQ4U's Health pillar. We bring Mental Health First Aid awareness, supervisor conversations, campaign engagement and clear support pathways into site practice.

Support from a first gap review through implementation and independent certification preparation.
HSEQ4U can review an existing QMS or create a full management system suite shaped around your business, contract requirements and work on site. The aim is a system your team can use, maintain and demonstrate.
Systems can be aligned to the relevant ISO standards and your certification pathway. Certification is decided by an independent certification body.
Field-led thinkingOur approach
We connect plans and policies with the real conditions on site: changing interfaces, high-risk activities, contractor movements and the decisions that need to be made each day.
Experience
Our experience includes assignments with, for or through these organisations. The contracting relationship varies by assignment.
Organisation names and marks identify assignment context. They do not imply a current relationship, endorsement or that HSEQ4U delivered every project shown by an organisation.
