Understand what is working and what needs attention.
HSEQ4U provides internal safety and quality audits, gap reviews and assurance support for project and operational teams. We look at the system you intend to use, the evidence available and how processes are being applied. The aim is a useful account of findings and actions that your team can work through.
An engagement may focus on a work package, contractor records, quality controls or a wider management system. We agree the scope, criteria and reporting needs before starting, so the review addresses the questions your business needs answered.
Audit and assurance support.
- Internal management system audits: review processes, records and responsibilities against the agreed system and requirements.
- WHS and safety assurance: examine critical risk controls, inspection records, contractor readiness and corrective action follow-up.
- Project quality assurance: review quality plans, inspection and test plans, hold points and evidence of verification.
- Nonconformance and close-out: help teams record issues, assign corrective actions and organise supporting evidence.
- Document control and reporting: make findings, responsibilities and review status clear to the people who need to act.
QMS development and ISO audit preparation.
HSEQ4U can review an existing quality management system or help develop an integrated HSEQ suite. This can include policies, process maps, procedures, plans, forms, registers and document controls, followed by implementation support and a review of the evidence being collected.
Systems can be aligned with ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for work health and safety. Work can include a gap analysis, internal audits, corrective actions and management review in preparation for an independent certification audit.
Certification is decided by an independent certification body. Our service is internal assurance, system development and preparation for that process. The scope and findings of a review do not provide a guarantee of certification or legal compliance.
From review to usable actions.
We start by confirming the purpose of the audit and the documents or activities it covers. Reviewing plans and records helps identify the evidence needed. Discussion with the team and checks on implementation then help connect written processes with the work.
The agreed report can set out findings, evidence, priorities and corrective actions. Follow-up can support the team in checking progress and closing out actions. Where the issue calls for wider implementation, the work can connect with WHS and OHS consulting or project management support.
Quality experience alongside delivery teams.
Experience includes acting on behalf of Amazon Australia, via Aston Carter, as Project Quality Assurance Manager overseeing the EPC contractor's construction quality. Work with Lendlease Civil Infrastructure included quality verification and validation alongside project engineers. The project and role examples explain these assignments and the contribution made.
Planning your review.
Can you review a system we already have?
Yes. Tell us which system or work package you want reviewed, why the review is needed and what records are available. A focused gap review may be a useful starting point.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Include the business or project location, the proposed scope, relevant standard or contract requirements, and any audit or handover deadline. We can then discuss the review and availability.
